SHIFT CHAT: include it in your eLearning courses!

SHIFT Chat is a new feature that allows you to take online eLearning courses to a new level of interactivity.

It is an enhancement that allows the learner who takes an eLearning  course to communicate with a defined expert via a web chat window.

This new feature can be added to:

    • A specific screen.
    • A full course through the navigation bar.

Main benefits of this new feature:

    • Direct communication tool
    • Within the same course
    • Real time communication
    • User-friendly

    How it works?

    1. The user clicks the chat button.
    2. After clicking the chat button, a window appears in which data must be completed (name, mail, course, etc).
    3. The expert available, receives the request in his/her chat console, reads the data entered by the user and accepts communication.
    4. By accepting the request, both the user and the expert dialogue through a private session.
